The Roadside Graves - If Shacking Up Is All You Want To Do mp3 play

Go Your Own Way is written by Lindsey Buckingham and performed by Fleetwood Mac for their Grammy Award winning, dimond selling album Rumours in 1977. Tell me why Everything turned around Packing up Shacking up's all you wanna do.

Country-rock band the Roadside Graves was formed by a group of childhood friends in Metuchen, NJ: singer John Gleason, drummer Colin Ryan, guitarist Rich Zilg, guitarist Jeremy Benson, bassist Dave Jones, and Mike DeBlasio (later joined by keyboard player Johnny Piatkowski). They recorded their first album, If Shacking Up Is All You Want to Do in 2002 and released it on their own War n Oats label. After several years of playing, they signed to Kill Buffalo Records and released the EP What Happened to Him Could Happen to You on January 30, 2007.

As the year slowly draws to a close and folks stay up late making lists, we found ourselves thinking of (and listening to) Roadside Graves, a countrified and Boss-y septet from New Jersey, who released the excellent No One Will Know Where You’ve Been a few months back to far too little fanfare. This morning we moseyed over to their MySpace and noticed they’d just posted songs from their self-released, hard to find If Shacking Up Is All You Want To Do debut.

Go Your Own Way was written by Lindsey Buckingham as a message to Stevie Nicks. It simply describes their complicated relationship. Stevie was quite angry with the line Packing up, shacking up is all you want to do and insisted Lindsey remove it. He didn’t. I very much resented him telling the world that ‘packing up, shacking up’ with different men was all I wanted to do. He knew it wasn’t true. It was just an angry thing that he said.

Tell me what I'm supposed to do With all these left over feelings of you Cause I don't know And tell me how I'm supposed to feel When all these nightmares become real Cause I don't know

Lisa and Bryan are Moving In Together, and maybe you are, too. Mazel tov! My husband and I have been there, I can’t help but want to help them. House cleaners just dust, sweep, and clean kitchens & bathrooms, basically. So there’re plenty of other odd jobs someone has to do. My husband does the laundry; I cook (mostly); we do grocery shopping together; and we switch off on garbage and dish duty. I hate doing dishes, and I think that’s the chore he resents the most, too, so we have to work hard to make sure neither of us feels things are out of whack.

Shacking up together for the first time is exciting, but you need to talk about money first. To give yourself the best chance, there are a few things you should consider before the big move. The first is what to do if one of you owns a property. In this situation, neither party's assets will necessarily be protected, so drawing up a financial agreement (get legal advice) is a good idea. What are the deal-breakers ? What was it like growing up in their family? Who managed the money? Who managed the decisions?" Chatting about goals, such as travel, property ownership or children, is also important. It's more philosophical stuff, values.
