This album At A Glance. Strange Free World by Kitchens Of Distinction (1991) Overall rank: 8,290th. Not their best album, Love Is Hell is far better, there are too many indistinguishable album tracks here with nothing really standing out mid-section. Debatably their best album, Strange Free World had a number of great tracks.

They really were one of the great overlooked bands of their period and should have received far more acclaim than they did, though what they did get was rarely less than glowing. It makes sense therefore that they should get the Imaginary Compilation treatment. Side One. 1. The 3rd Time We Opened The Capsule (from ‘Love Is Hell’). The third single, the second track I ever heard by KOD. I still love it.
