Various - Freddy's Dead - The Final Nightmare (Music From The Motion Picture) mp3 play

If you're a Goo Goo Doll fan AND a freddy fan, you'll like this soundtrack here as this has 3 early Goo Goo Doll songs. Because this movie came out in '91 when grunge music started to blow up, this soundtrack does have a grunge feel. The BEST songs on here (to me anyway) are "You Know What I Mean" by the Goo Goo Dolls, "Treat 'em Right" by Chubb Rock (remixed), and "Freddy's Dead-Why Was I Born" by Iggy Pop. The rest of the songs are forgettable.

Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (also known as A Nightmare on Elm Street 6: Freddy's Dead) is a 1991 American comedy-horror slasher film and the sixth film in the Nightmare on Elm Street series. It is the sequel to A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child and is followed by Wes Craven's New Nightmare.

It is the sequel to A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child and was originally supposed to be the concluding chapter of the series; Wes Craven's New Nightmare was released after The Final Nightmare but takes place outside the series canon. A canonical sequel, Freddy vs. Jason, was released later. This was New Line Cinema's first 3D film release

Well, ol' Fred got his for the last time (supposedly) and here he is again with both a song score album and an underscore album on Varese Sarabande, a pattern followed since A Nightmare on Elm Street IV. This particular outing isn't too shabby, despite the tepid Johnny Law and the far worse Chubb Rock.
